| "Working with Paul, Lauren and their team of experienced builders and craftsman made our full scale renovation ridiculously easy and has left us with an amazing family home which is so much more than we could have ever thought possible. The project came in on budget, time thanks to Paul’s project management skills. Whilst there were the normal issues along the way with suppliers or unexpected finds when we opened the house up, what was really refreshing working with Paul, was the advice and options he provided. Based off past experience and proven solutions, it really allowed us to make informed decisions quickly. Having Paul & team leading the work with the engineers, draftsman, certifiers to ensure all approvals were in place for us, turned out to be a time and cost saving investment that set up the build. Lauren’s Interior design skills saved many arguments as she collated all our design ideas and distilled them down to one consistent theme that suited our tastes and lifestyle. | " Lauren was instrumental from the start with choosing all fittings, fixtures and colours saving us so much time, effort and money, and the result is a home which is functional and looks amazing. The building process lead by Paul and his team was another great experience. Paul was upfront with all costs and variations, and we always valued his opinion and experience. I lost track of the number of times I asked Paul “What would you do if it were your place…”. The level of quality and attention to detail is second to none. Part way through the build we decided to install a pool and studio, and Paul took this in his stride, arranging the difficult excavation and coordinating all this around the house rebuild and challenging neighbours. | "Paul and his fabulous team worked on a major renovation of our home, which required us to move out for a number of months. Paul is extremely easy to work with. He was responsive, was always looking for the best and most cost-effective option, worked well with our architect and made his own creative suggestions. Most importantly he did what he said he was going to do, at the time he said he'd do it. If things were behind because of unavoidable delays he'd work overtime and on the weekends to make sure our home was ready to move back into. As with any building, there are sometimes small defects that arise some months or even years after the build. When this happened, a phone call to Paul saw him attend our house within days, and fix the problem immediately - no questions asked. I would use him again without any hesitation and have recommended him to many friends."
