Rydalmere New Build

A rare New build for us. This is the first of a pair of freestanding duplexes. We knocked down the old house and built a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus WC, two living home with open plan kitchen/dining/living including a huge butlers pantry, large laundry, and an outdoor entertaining area. The exterior of the home is in a rustic style using recycled brick and rendering. However, inside is a calm oasis of grey and white. With modern chrome hardware, custom joinery, blackbutt timber floating floors, and a mix of tiles including patterned floors and dark grey and light grey feature tiles. The home is a huge change for these lucky owners.
